PZC2010-3 ~Application for Modification to Special Permit ~Final Site Development Plan to add ~in the future a 25’X35” 3 sided pole building at 49 Hancock Road (Map 38 Lot 20 Zone R80)Owner/Applicant: Town of Willington (Received March 16, 2010 continued ~May 18, 2010 Decision by ~May 18, 2010)
M. Ellis referred to a memo from First Selectman Christina Mailhos requesting a 65 day extension. They are still waiting on documents from DEP.
A. Marco motioned to approve the extension. E. Standish seconded the motion. All in favor. Motion carried.
New Business
PZC2010-16 ~Application for Special Permit to open restaurant at 11 Phelps Way (Map 30 Lot 14 Zone DC) Owner: C & S Willington LP Applicant: Luciano Conforto (Received May 4, 2010 Public Hearing ~June 1, 2010 Decision within 65 days after close of P.H.)
The Public Hearing has been set for June 1, 2010.
PZC2010-18 Application for Timber Harvest at 22 Willington Hill Road (Map 23 Lot 54/42A Zone R80) Owner: Dave & Mary Krivanec Applicant: Hull Forest Products Inc (Received May 18, 2010 Public Hearing by July 20, 2010 Decision within 65 days after close of P.H.)
Reading from the file, M. Ellis said the site was logged 25 years ago and they are going to follow the same skidder path. He said they have also received Inland Wetland approval. G. Jones said they will have to get a driveway landing permit from the state. G. Jones walked the site and said there will be 213 trees cut on 23 acres. He said there are no steep slopes and gave a description of the site. A representative from Hull forest Products said this is a small harvest by any standards.
The Commission asked G. Jones to draft a motion for the next meeting on June 1st.
PZC2010-19 Application for Subdivision Regulations Change. Applicant: Northeast Oil and Propane, Inc.
Application was received May 18, 2010. Public Hearing set for June 15, 2010.
Minutes
M. Ellis motioned to approve the minutes of May 4, 2010. E. Standish seconded the motion with following corrections:
Page 1, Commission is requesting an exemption should read Commission is requesting an extension. Page 3, fragment wells should read fragmenting wells.
All in favor. Motion carried.

1. Letter Aspen Square regarding the Notice of Violation and the letter dated 4/13/2010.
